Ok so we are at the pool slamming frat sodas and a little puddle of puke drifted over towards us and the people I was with immediately got out. Some little ghetto kid did it. Anyway, aren't you supposed to retreat the pool/shock it when this happens? people are getting back into it like it's no biggie. It wasn't like projectile vomit and someone scooped it out with a bucket, but wtf?
I used to lifeguard in college and never had this happen. Is it safe to get back into it????

Although it's disgusting, you should be fine. That's what the chlorine is for. If it was a body of still-water like a pond I def would't swim near it. Enjoy the scenery

When some babies diaper opens and soft runny poop rolls into the water its time to vacate no matter what the bikinis are doing.

This happened to my friends at the 4th...they're supposed to come shock the pool and no one is supposed to get in it for at least 24 hours.
But, the chlorine probably kills most of it anyway/anyone who has swam in a pond or ocean has been in worse. Just drink more and keep on swimmin.
