I am fine with the notification button but it always send me to the post of mine that someone responded to. That could be 3 or 4 pages back from where their response is posted. So I have to scan pages of responses to find where it is. It would be so much easier if when I clicked on notifications if it took me to where they responded. Since my original post is included above theirs, it isn't like I don't have that for reference.
