I'll take a competitor (Davis) over a sulk-er (Hogan) every day of the week.
The thing that separates the two is CLASS and whether you choose to recognize that or not, it counts for something as Davis's class has kept him around (along with him being willing to take a pay cut).
I recognize it, it just wouldn't be as big of a factor for me as it is for Richardson and Hurney. In the end, if you can't stay on the field, not making any moves just because "I LIKE YOU AS A PERSON" hurts the team.
No rational person expected Davis to last all of last season, and Beason entered the season hurt. What did they expect to happen?
They HOPED it would all work out, and the Panthers imploded on defense when it didn't.
They should've moved on from Davis last year, but at least they brought in Kuechly this year.
Who wouldn't rather have someone who tries over someone who doesn't? If the result is the same, it doesn't really matter in the end, lol.

Also a player that is willing to try will ALWAYS stick around longer than a player that won't try at all.
Example: Dan Morgan
I know that, and never disagreed with that point. Everyone knows that.
Like I said, if you try, and you still can't stay on the field, at some point, YOU HAVE TO MAKE A BUSINESS DECISION TO MOVE ON.
Should've been made as soon as a 3rd surgery was required for Davis.

I fully expect this to be TD's last year if he can't stay healthy.
In Hogan's circumstance, I feel like he is over-exaggerating his problems and hoping for sympathy. This is why I brought up him possibly having hypochondria.

I don't think any rational person expects Davis to last all of this season unless they keep a snap count on him (maybe 10 to fifteen plays).
I fully expect this to be TD's last year if he can't stay healthy.
In Hogan's circumstance, I feel like he is over-exaggerating his problems and hoping for sympathy. This is why I brought up him possibly having hypochondria.
I agree on both counts.
It'll be two years too late for Davis though. Hurney & Richardson don't know when to move on. Just ask Jake (Delhomme).

Kuechly nose is fine ... No stitches. Happened when Stewart's backflap popped thru helmet. Kuechly wore shield rest of practice.
Bill Voth @billvoth
LB Luke Kuechly left Fan Fest for a bit w/a broken nose. Returned w/a visor. Will he keep it? His reax http://twitvid.com/VUD0L #Panthers

Kuechly is no diva. He said he noticed the misspelling previously; didn't bother to tell anyone. #laidback
They also misspelled his name on his jersey lol

You guys have any tips for me getting a better picture/quality/closer with Ustreaming on iPhone?
Were you using wifi?
Voth was using Bambuser on the field and his quality was very poor, I was surprised that you didn't have any stuttering in your video.
Also... besides getting a closer pic, you did a great job.
Much appreciated.
