Stewart rushing for 1400 yards would be a disaster for us. For one, it'd mean DeAngelo is likely injured and out for an extended period for Stewart to get enough carries to get to 1400 yards. For another, it'd drastically jack up his value and make us either have to pay him boat loads more money than we will now or let him walk.

I do feel like both he and Williams can have 1,000 yards this year. Tolbert I don't see as a big issue as far as taking carries away other than at the goal line. I think Tolbert will be used 90% of the time as a receiver - essentially as the 2nd TE.

I'll say:

Stewart: 1,150 yards, 9 TD's + 20 catches, 350 yards, 3 TD's
Williams: 1,075 yards, 5 TD's
Tolbert: 300 yards, 6 TD's + 40+ catches, 400+ yards, 5 TD's

You must have Newton getting hurt if you think we are pulling off 2 1000 yard rushers.

1400 yards and doesnt even account for his receiving yards. No way, although Stewart is a fugin beast n he needs to be recognized as one of the leagues elite backs. After this season when he breaks out hopefully he will.

Never gonna happen. With our D we will be passing in the second half.

Stewart has the talent to run for 1800 in a season. He just won't have the touches.

Disagree, but still not enough carries to meet those numbers.

i think carolina will be more smashmouth/ground and pound than we think.

he may never see 300 rushing attempts...but he may not need them to put up terrific numbers.

Stu made a nice play beating Kuechly to the flats for a TD yesterday at Fan Fest.
