It was time for Henderson, he could not have increased his stock by returning. Tough blow though...

True, and the crappy part, he's just not ready. Another year maybe would have hurt his "stock" but helped him as a basketball player and professional.

I don't think I agree. In the current NBA, there are so many young players who aren't ready, you don't gain that much by staying in college. The NBA is developing it's own players now.

Crap. I was talking to a co worker the other day and we both said the Raja Bell thing.
I do think this sets back Duke quite a bit.
Sure his stock is good but he could use another year at the college level(not that Im a selfish Duke fan or anything).

Duke will be finish about the same as this year. Sweet 16 and maybe E8.

Kansas is winning it all. Doesn't matter much what other teams do. They will be very strong at the 1 and 5 - where it matters most in hoops...Not too mention they are loaded and deep.

I agree..KU is going to be the overwhelming favorite much like UNC was this year. Collins, Aldrich, Henry, Johnson, Robinson, Taylor...enough said.

I dunno, Henderson did develop an outside shot this year which makes him a pretty solid player. I am glad he is not coming back, I was getting a little worried about dook this year.

Agreed, they will get a good preseason (overrated) ranking, and end up making, what I think is even less of a splash this year than they did this past year.

Now with him offically gone I give dook

ACC #3-5, with a loss in second round of ACC tourney
NCAA#5-10 seed, loss in the first round.

I will gladly take you up on that. Those predictions will not happen. Im not saying Duke wins the NCAA tourney, but 5-10 seed? and loss in the first round? Stop.
