the only reason ya'll are so anxious to sweep this under the rug and "put it behind them" is because, as panthro already said, there is a legitimate fear that the precious basketball program will be exposed for what it is.

and P Diddy for fugs sake get a blog you whiny bitch

Who is spinning them into being good guys?

The problem is a select few idiots keep trying to group students with student-athletes in order to make themselves feel better about where they are in life.

LOL, unlike most of you, I don't get any fulfillment out of a bunch of 19 year olds living out my dreams for me.

I could give a crap less about whether or not it goes into basketball, but I'm fairly confident it doesn't. Wait, not fairly, extremely confident.

The reason you guys kept digging was because you were hoping that is where it would go. I'm sorry guys... 3rd place is okay too.

And telling me to "get a blog" is a lot easier than defending your own petty, childish excuses for basically being petty and childish, lol.

If you're extremely confident that there's no foul play involved then there's zero reason to care about the program being investigated

Interesting turn in this thread. When I saw that so many had recently posted, I was hoping it was a lively discussion about just how good Tennessee could be.

Where did I say I cared about the program being investigated?

LOL... I know you want it to be, but I don't care if it is.

They found the bulk of it, if not all of it, and it was the football program that was doing it. Oh no, one basketball player took one of those classes too! ONE OF THEM! Ask yourself, in your own experiences... How many football players did you have class with or held a conversation with? Now, how many basketball players? How did they come off? In all honesty, being objective (if you can be), how many basketball players from UNC have you seen or heard that just sounded ignorant, dumb, or unintelligent?

Joe Forte? LOL. I was too young to remember if he did ever speak to media. But, in my experience, the basketball players UNC recruit are both good athletes and students. Some care a lot less about being students when they get to college, but they don't need anyone to do work for them.

It's a lot easier to maintain 12-15 players and make sure they do their work then it is to do so for 100+... So, if you were going to cheat, which program would be inclined to?

And in case no one has gotten it yet... I don't care about the investigations into athletic-academic scandals, what I take umbrage at is the notion that those scandals devalue non-athlete's degrees.

Do you have PMS rants when you speak to people in real life?

If not then whittle your posts down or no one is reading them
