I was downtown Chicago last weekend.

No...been there for work. Right at the part of the city where the RR line cuts in in north/south. I was doing some 3rd shift training for people and standing outside a moment talking on cell phone with IT people. Manager walked out and told me to get inside. He explained there are 3 areas of Birmingham. One area you don't want to be black. One area you don't want to be white. And one area you just don't want to be....which is where this facility was.
