Front office says we're fine there so no worries.

Watching Munnerlyn yesterday was sad.

Yeah really, I can't understand why we didn't go after a starting CB in FA, like Samuel.

I've only got to watch the first quarter because I recorded it, but ron Edwards blew up that center a couple times, neblett got good pressure on that big completion munny gave up...didn't get a chance to see McFua except for the goal line stand they were in on. They didn't look too bad

Yea it won't matter if we get pressure on every single pass play b/c Captains man will be 7-8 yards away from him.

Because we have too much of our cap invested in the RB position.

I wish neblett wasn't suspended...he looked decent when he was in...it would allow McFua to grow as good rotational players

Samuels took a pay cut when he went to ATL. We had the money AND the 7th it would've took to get him. Its Obvious we didn't want him.

We as in fanbase or we as in Hurney?

"We" just don't value that position as much as others.

Between Will & Stew we've got like...what..14mill a year avg. Tolbert is a FB so I don't put his figure in here. I don't believe that Samuel contract was out of reach for us.

Stewart wasn't even extended at the point of Samuels trade, so he didn't even factor in. Panthers had the money IF they wanted him.

This was a reply to thefuzz.'s reply, not a direct statement. Stewart just signed his extensions yesterday so yes you're right...apparently we didn't want him, for whatever reason. I just think that, I know that he would've been a better option at #CB than who we have now.

Tolbert is not a FB he is an H back. Big difference.

Hurney is choosing to be a "rogue" GM and is hoping against hope that it works.

I don't think that it will....long term, but we will see.

Tolbert may be a RB but for us he plays FB and we pay him a FB's salary. The only big difference here is the contract between a Tolbert (FB) and Williams & Stewart (RB's).

They weren't really getting blown up against the texans that bad, it's hard to play against a zone running game as a d-lineman. Well see how they do on Friday night
