chapel hill here. panthers.com says WTVD which is ABC.

No tv available? No cable/sat provider? No ota antenna? Just a few guesses.

It won't be blacked out if you're not in the local area. From preseason.nfl.com:

HOU@CAR Saturday 7:00PM Unavailable live in local team markets. This game will be available in the NFL Preseason Live archives following the conclusion of the game broadcast.
