Jonathan Stewart Signs Five Year (36.5 Million) Contract Extension

Best Answer Kurb, 11 August 2012 - 05:38 PM

I would say I am shocked so many of you fail to see the implications of this waste of money in RunningBacks, then I remember Im the local badguy lately for saying we spend too much on runningbacks and you are all incredible homers. Go to the full post

One thing to remember on Stewart extension: All DeAngelo's guaranteed money hit this year and last. What does that mean? We'll see in '13

so does this assume there will be a restructure?

Why is everyone so excited? Of course we signed him up. Did you think anything other than that would ever happen?

WHY THE HATE BRO? I typed a joke. I read it , it sucked so I deleted it. Try drinking it will help with that rage.

Drinking is a terrible thing to do when you're angry, which I'm not. I'm fuging pumped snoop got the contract he earned.

But I will go ahead and spark up another bowl, thanks.

lol at everyone on the huddle who said this wasn't possible since we signed D-Will last year.

Can't recall anyone saying it wasn't possible....plenty were just against paying 2 RBs that kind of cash.

Tolbert and Cam will account for 40% of our ground production.....and we have all that cash/cap invested in that other percentage.

Well, we are unique. No other NFL team would think about doing what we are doing.

With Stewart locked up, Panthers' core is stable. Only projected starters whose contracts expire this year are CB Munnerlyn and FS Martin.

I love the sound of that.
