Yes, Clausen sucks, but he was the best pick and the right choice when we drafted him

Most of these people that "knew" Jimmy wouldn't pan out in the NFL are also the same people that "knew" the urinal cakes would not be as delicious as they had hoped, but they'll sure as poo make sure to let you know, "HEY! HEY! THAT PISS ROCK TASTED LIKE PISS!"

The Clausen pick was the correct pick for us at the time. Some people just want to get overly creative with their revisionist history.

Even if you don't believe it, you have to admit that without Jimmy, there would be no Cam. That being said, you should be grateful for Jimmy's critical role in Cam's arrival to Charlotte.

Was Tony Pike really that much worse than Jimmy?

if it were the correct pick, then it would have worked out for us.

it did not, so it is not the correct pick.

That 2010 draft was overall a meh class

Solid O-linemen, Suh, Berry, & Pierre-Paul, with a few star TEs

True,

Suh and Pierre-Paul are the only two who really stand out.

Gronk and Graham both attempted to rewrite the NFL record book last year....with Gronk edging him out. I'd say they standout.

I was refering to the players selected before Clausen (and just noticed Gronk was one of them), but you are correct Sir, both TE's are pretty darn good.
