Not that I want to get in a pissing match with UNC fans right now, but since you mentioned it, then a 1.8 gpa would have made him academically ineligible.

It does seem like it might be a joke of some sort by an IT guy, maybe they're implementing a new system, just look through the other files in the directory and only sample student info is to be found. Who knows if it is real or not.
