After one preseason game, they are already saying Luck can beat Newtons' 4,000+ yard season (just passing).

after watching the game yesterday, it's safe to say he can.

While I'm sure Luck will be the next Manning type QB for the Colts. He was playing against the Rams D. Enough said. LOL

He also played the entire 1st half (minus 1 drive) which means he was playing against the Rams 2nd team defense in the PRESEASON.

The Colts looked like they were playing in a playoff game and the Rams could hardly give a poo. No surprise though, the Colts wanted to give their fans something to look forward to.

Sure, he can. So can Wheedon, Tannehill or any of the other guys. Will any of them? Not likely, but I'd guess Luck has the best shot out of the bunch.

It was the first preseason game. Conclusions about the regular season are ridiculous.

Well if all his screen passes go for 70 yard TDs he will

The media wants to slobber the knob of someone whose knob they've been slobbering for the last three years?

Who cares who is better?

Seriously, as long as Newton continues to improve and plays like I know he is capable of, I don't care if Luck is better than him or not. We'll still have a great quarterback on our hands.

He apparently played well. Good for him, but there is no reason to make this about Newton or for Panther fans to get defensive about anything.
