I am confident that Medlock is the better placekicker. But, is he the better kickoff specialist? That short kickoff to the 10 yard line, gave up a touchdown in the preseason game. We can't have that. Hopefully it was a fluke.

If the Kickoff team could tackle, it wouldn't have been a TD. The coaching staff needs to start valuing points over kickoffs. Reports through out training camp said Medlock was kicking them into the endzone on every kick. Im pretty sure it was a fluke. Even if he has one bad KO every once in a while, I would be happy knowing that he can be reliable in tight games. The KO team should be able to tackle a returner. There's just no excuse for that.

considering the leg that guy has, there should be no short kicks like there was saturday. only reason i can think of is to see how the coverage units handle them. imo, holliday is about as good a test as you can have. that kid is a bullet. unfortunately we failed that one. i just don't know that the intention was to allow him a chance to return it.

I will go out of my mind and Tutu is given the No.3 WR spot. RR better now make creating plays going to Tutu on a crucial third down like to how did with Naanee last year.

RR always bring the scrubs from SD but never want to sign a decent guy like a "Garay".

I'd be more inclined to believe that the kicker who has not been able to make in in the NFL for the past 5 years just botched the kick.

kicks from the 50 are great and the fact that he has plenty of leg is fantastic buuuut, dude better be lights out inside the 40. . and he shouldnt be kicking line drives from that range. I havnt watched him much yet but those are things Id like to see personally.
