Why worry about the future cap numbers if Hurney isn't worrying? You guys think he didn't know what he was doing when he signed that deal? You guys really think he doesn't already know the numbers? He must be reading the same article we're reading right now shitting himself at these figures, right? You guys think he signed Stewart knowing that he would be giving up Cam in the process? You really think that he's only setting up this team for a 2012 superbowl run and fug everything else? There's a season coming up. Save all this bullshit worrying until the next offseason when there's nothing happening. #magic

worrying about something you have no control over...THAT'S being an idiot.

thinking that they don't already have a game plan in mind for that...that's being an idiot.

i'm not going to worry about stuff that i have no control over...esp. when it's several years down the road.

go ahead and hit your panic button and have your therapist up your xanax if you want to. i just don't see the point.

lol wow dude.

I'm worried about it because, like you, I care about this team and don't want to them be in a bad situation down the road. Does me worrying about it mean I cry myself to sleep and have panic attacks? No. I'm not in panic mode, but I am concerned. So don't be a fuging dick. I'm tired of the same excuses used on this board. "Hurney has a plan" or "they aren't idiots like you guys, they know what they're doing." Do they? You mean the franchise that has only had 4 winning seasons in 17 years? Man, that's comforting.

But let's just take your advice and say fug it.

eventually the spending catches up. even if it's 10 seasons from now, this is just the foundation for cap issues later on.

TV: if you are not worried about the cap, you are an idiot.

Rayzor: if you are worried about something you can't control, then YOU are the idiot.

TV: woah asshole no need for name calling!

Lol. I love the Huddle.

My post made me seem more upset than I actually am. I just think that statement is bogus.

Have you guys never been worried about a game or how a player will develop etc? Those are things you can't control but are normal to worry about. I just hate the idea that we are never suppose to question what the front office is doing when they've never proven they can run a consistently successful team.

better than stressing about it.

you can be interested in the team and what it's doing going forward without this "oh crap we're so screwed in a couple years. wtf are we going to do??!!!??!?!"

just sit back and enjoy the game and worry about tomorrow tomorrow. we have a new season getting ready to start with hope that we haven't had in a long time. i'm not going to apologize for not stressing about stuff a couple years down the road. i'm not going to hit the panic button. i'm just going to sit back and enjoy the ride and hope that they get things worked out when they need to be.

you have a choice whether or not to stress about it. i think things are going to work out. how? i don't know. i don't have to. that's not my job. if they don't work out...oh well. i'll probably be upset and people will probably tell me i need to barbeque some crow or whatever and try to rub my nose in it but i won't care. at least i didn't spend the previous couple years paranoid that it was going to happen and was actually able to enjoy just watching without this cloud hanging over everything.

I was just making an observation bruh. I don't think people get mad at people for panicking or for expressing views that aren't sunshine and rainbows 24/7. It's when you call those that are remaining calm and confident in the FO idiots that you then get people possed off at you.

lol you act like questioning the front office affects my whole life. This a fan board....where you talk about the team. Just because I say I think they are screwing up doesn't mean I'm in panic mode or my whole life is going down the drain. If you let things like this bring you down, you have issues. But questioning something is completely normal.
