Why is this guy considered a good rotational guy and not starting material? He always seems to make plays when he's in the game. Plus, he's got a cool name and looks like predator. Discuss.

In all seriousness, I really like Applewhite. He's a great situational pass rusher and has explosiveness for a white guy.

I saw him at the Johnston Y earlier this year...I didn't play him in Madden though.

He was working out...legs. I didn't recognize him right away, but knew he had the body to be a DE specifically, if not he wasted his physical talent. He was massive!

On the subject of run defending it does say he gained about 12 lbs over the offseason, but not sure whether or not that's good weight or bad weight. The tire around his waist in that one TC picture posted the last few days seems to suggest the latter.
