Did Hardy get anything against their offensive line?

Yes... Two offsides penalties. And I've been telling everyone how Hardy would show out this year... Smh...

I should've added the caveat, 'if he is focused.'

It's still preseason so patience is key and playing DE isn't all about sacks or pressures, but it surely helps. Between his tweets and lack of focus at times on the field, he just doesn't seem fully engaged. I'm still hoping he gets it together quickly though.

I really don't think that Hardy played as bad as you guys make it out. He penetrated the line nicely a few times.

LOL talk about an overreaction, nobody said he was a HOF. Just better than a sub-par DE in Hardy.

I like Hardy and I think he's a good player. But I think he has gotten this feeling that he has arrived and already owns that RDE position. He has yet to show anything while Keiser and Alexander both consistently display a high motor throughout the game, and get to the QB.

Keep saying it's preseason or that their line was horrible, but there's no excuse for not getting to another teams QB if allowed too even if you already do have a position solidified on the team. That sure didn't slow down CJ tonight.

In Hardy's defense he was going up against Jake Long all night.

Seeing Highlights and the tail end of the game, I'm being a bit biased towards Alexander. He was getting hurries and pressure, albeit against 3rd stringers..

They both at this point scream rotational guys only.

I was going to ask this. Long was playing right? If this is true, people here are being away too rough.

Zod should have some good photos of Alexanders first sack I believe. Saw from the stands he was in perfect position to get some good shots of it, if in fact he was medai # 16(sure looked like him).

I like the motors of Keiser and Alexander. I hope that we get to see more of them at DE opposite CJ in both of the next preseason games.

Hardy has the size, the pedigree. He just seems to be kind of invisible out there. Keiser and Applewhite look much better.

Go back and look at CJs sack. Hardy drove his man up into the pocket, cutting off any escape route for Tannehill. CJ got around his guy and Tannehill had nowhere to go because Hardy drove his man all the way up into the play. Alexander looked good also, but he was playing back ups. Doubt he would've handled Jake Long any better.
