I started that up because some dude had another fanpage for Triangle Panther fans but decided he was going to delete any reference to any bar not named Rallypoint when fans tried to coordinate with each other.. Which he owns.

I didn't follow through with it.

Nothing is worse though, than leaving a Canes-Sabres game @ RBC and listening to douchebags in Sabres gear talk poo about how shitty NC and Raleigh are, and then get in a car with a Brier Creek Elementary sticker on it.

Typically I go to Canes games based on when I can go, not on who we're playing. This principle goes out the window when the Sabres are in town... I take those games very seriously. I'm so sick of their fans... few things embarrass me more than when they score and their fans become as loud as ours.

But the Draft (Downtown Gleenwood South) is now a Panthers bar.

Interesting! Perhaps if when we make the playoffs, I might have to check it out to ensure I'm around my own kind for the big games.

I don't make many trips back up to Ralieghwood as my friends from NCSU have graduated and moved out of that shithole known as the triangle. East Village was awesome when I used to go there 3-4 years ago. If it sucks now I can't really say I'm surprised because bars evolve. Good bars turn bad. Bad ones get better. It's how it works.

For example my favorite bar in the state The Rusty Rudder in LKN is half of what it used to be. Don't go there that much anymore because it sucks.
