Wonder what influences the % of increase over the previous year? At first I thought it was strictly winning because the Giants, 49ers,Patriots, etc. have double digit increases but the Vikings lead with 22% and the Colts are 6th with 9%. Interesting.
Vikings are getting a new stadium with more high priced suites. This increases the projected future revenue stream for the team and thus the valuation of worth.
Winning really does not have that much to do with the valuation of worth. Valuation is NOTHING but a time value analysis of the projected future cashflow streams.

Good point on the Vikes, I thought they might be getting a stadium but couldn't remember for sure if it got passed.
It looks like winning has to influence the increase over last year in some sort no? Why else would the 49ers all of a sudden have the 2nd highest increase over last year? Their future projected cashflow streams took a big jump because they won last year and look to be building a good team for years to come or am I looking at that all wrong?
