All that time he spent in Tampa, turning around the worst franchise in sports to a perennial playoff team with a long waiting list for season tickets.

Look at them now, not selling out a home opener against a division rival. Blacked out locally.

I wonder if Dungy just shakes his head. Its gotta bother him a bit. Imagine if you spent that kind of time on something working your ass off and years later its a giant turd once again.

Sad really.

I don't see how Dungy is invested. His check didn't bounce. He got a Super Bowl somewhere else. He's good.

Typically people who are great at what they do, like Dungy, is more invested than just financially.
