Title is also misleading, as the repeal is only temporary, but that's par for the course for a SMF post.

Decision says Goodell can reconsider discipline only if there is evidence of intent to injure beyond just a performance pool, per source.
So I'm a tad confused... I knew there was a judge looking at this, but what's this 3 person panel they're talking about? Is this something inside the NFL or in the court system?
I've said all along that I thought the player suspensions were overly harsh... even if the players were involved, it was the coaches responsibility to stop it...
This is a huge blow to Goodell's authority though...

Isn't Vilma like the only one whose still a Saint?

The Saints* will get back Vilma and Will Smith, while Fugita (browns) and Hargrove (packers) will also return.

Goodell just got his nuts chopped off.
And shoved down his throat.
How is this possible

Yep. Goodell's power definitely took a hit with this one.
The Saints** will get back Vilma and Will Smith, while Fugita (browns) and Hargrove (packers) will also return.
The Packers cut Hargrove... not sure if he picked up somewhere else.
