Mexico got robber on 2 obvious penalties...

USA used Chelsea technique during their Champion League run. Sit back and play defense with occasional counter attacks.

Not even mad about the penalties. I'm pissed that they were out of sync all game. Heck team USA had 11 men back there most of the time.

1 penalty 1 flop that the side judge tried to call. Chico flew about 10 yards on a little nudge 30 yards off the ball.

Also dont take that the wrong way. I don't know how to spell chicharito just realized that sounded kinda offensive when I read it back.

U.S.-Mexico qualifier sets ratings record

BRISTOL, Conn. -- The scoreless tie between the United States and Mexico more than doubled the previous high viewership for a World Cup qualifier on an ESPN network.

The game Tuesday night was watched by 2.385 million people on ESPN. The company said Wednesday that the previous high was 1.191 million viewers for a 2009 U.S.-Mexico match on ESPN2.

More proof of the change in the US. See why Fox bought the rights to the world cup and why nbc wants epl. The times they are a changin'.

I think it would have been higher if the game started at nine instead of 10:30. That would still be 6pm west coast.

So it was broadcasted on ESPN? Would have thought that a non cable channel would have aired this. Of course i watched on TV Azteca.
