Anyone heard anything about this?

Supposedly the GOP is supporting lawsuits to keep Johnson off the ballot in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Iowa (and DC).

Wrong of them to do, but not surprising... They probably feel like he will draw more votes away from Romney than Obama.

If he meets the requirements to be on the ballot in those states, then he should be on, if he doesn't, then he shouldn't. If there are legitimate concerns, they should be addressed, if this is political poo, then it needs to stop.

Oh now that their aim is to disenfranchise libertarian voters, it's suddenly an issue....

While I know what you're getting at, disenfranchising voters isn't the same as keeping a candidate off the ballot.

..and while I know the GOP has tried dirty tactics, if you think the dems haven't done the same, then you're a moron.
