I'm leading a game by .12 points with AJ Green playing tomorrow night. My opponent has no one left to play. Do I start AJ and risk the fumble? Or can I move him to bench and leave that spot empty. Basically take the goose egg.
Interesting Situation

Most leagues wouldn't allow you to do that because you would be playing an illegal lineup. Plus is there any doubt that A.J. wont get at least 30 yards receiving??

Don't try to get fancy. Play Green because even if you are allowed to sit him, there could be corrections where your opponent gets a point or two on Tuesday. Plus at the end of the season you might be in a tie breaker situation where you'll need as many points as possible.

You play to win the game. In our work pay league, if you bench a player intentionally and not fill the position you're penalized a dollar. We do this because some cheapskates refuse to pick up players during bye weeks. This way they'll pay regardless.
