i thought our defense looked much improved from last year honestly, holding a team to only 16 points with a blocked punt and pretty much a ton of 3 and out's is good in my book.

TD made some nice plays, beason and the captian looked pretty good. If there is anything we can take from this game its that our D should be middle of the pack if not better this year. Our most glaring holes are in the safety position as normal though.

It was also against the Bucs playing a dumbed down version of Foxball. I want to see how they hold up next week against the Saints* before I come to any conclusions.

Not sold. Looked like last year D in the first half.

The Bucs helped the D to look better in the second by running the ball.

I liked how much we rotated Norman and Captain, both guys got a PI call. I think Capt. had gthe edge this game tho... I remember a 3rd n short Capt broke up nicely

Yeah, not buying it. Our front four sucks, and our backfield sucks.

We got lucky that the Bucs slowed the throttle after the half.
