I can't remember if this guy's name has been thrown out here yet, but keep an eye out for Ezekiel Ansah.
6' 6" 270 lb DE out of BYU, moved to the US from Ghana and used to be a track star in the 200 meter.
Very raw, but has what looks like very good upside. Played 4-3 DE, 3-4 DE, Rush OLB, and NT for BYU, violent hands and can shed well, pad level gets high often and pass rush is pretty limited at this point. Don't be surprised if he's a 2nd or even first round pick.
Doubt the Panthers take him, but very intriguing prospect.

He does look interesting, but I've seen him mocked in the 1st in a lot of mocks. No way the Panthers get him with such glaring other needs.

dude looks like a monster, just 3 years ago teammates had to help him put his equipment on. i think he rises like JPP did during the draft process, cant wait to watch him in their bowl game.

Would like to see us get Tyler Eifert (Notre Dame TE) in the 2nd round if he falls to us.

If he's there, we better be all over him.
He's a huge redzone threat.
He's being compared to Fasano which it's clearly an understatement . He's much better than Fasano.

Why the fug would we waste a pick on a #1 tight end when we have Greg Olsen?

These days you can put a basket ball player at TE and have success.

Ohio State junior DT Johnathan Hankins will enter the 2013 NFL Draft.

The announcement is not surprising, as Hankins has the "potential" to be the best defensive player in this class. The junior is thickly built with strength to anchor, and even flashes quick feet to disrupt the backfield. However, the issue with Hankins is inconsistency and the mammoth defensive tackle vanished at times this season. We expect him to be a first-round pick, but there are other, safer options.

The same as Why would we waste a pick on a #1 LT when we have Gross and Bell.

These days you can find OT in the 7th.

The drop off of Shockey made a huge impact on our offense. You cant say you won't take a 1st round talent in Eifert if he sitting right there on your lap in the 2nd.

Chuck you really don't understand how the NFL works, do you?

The reason we would ever pick Joeckel is if we had a top 3 pick, and cut Gross to relieve some cap. That scenario is starting to not look very likely.

You don't find a fugging OT in the 7th we got damn lucky with Bell. LTs should always be taken at the top of the draft.

The situations are not even similar simply because Olsen is young, and will be our #1 for a while.

You CAN find tight ends on the street or in the 7th, especially just a #2. We have much more pressing needs than a fugging tight end in the 2nd round lol...

Thank God you have no say in what we do draft-wise.

No thanks God you have no say. Why would we even cut Gross at this point and take a 1st rd LT when we have so much needs elsewhere. So long
