Adams handling KR/PR why are edwards/pilares BOTH active?

I like the fact that we are using Adams as just a KR/PR. Let him concentrate on that-- he still worries me fielding it cleaning on PR but man he has talent. He'll take one to the house this year I believe. He can work on pass catching in the off-season.

Don't count out AE throwing that double pass. Chud likes those Nintendo plays once in a while.

Pilares had that catch in the flat that saved us. Look like it was going to be a interception

armanti is probably or emergency QB. i can't think of anybody else on the roster who might be able to play

Armanti threw some good blocks out there. did a good job at what he was asked to do, but yes im surprised he even has a jersey

I can understand the questions about Edwards, but Pilares is earning his spot on the roster. I had to listen to the 4th qtr in the car yesterday, and according to the announcers, Pilares made several nice plays.

Say what you want about Armanti on the whole, but he appears to be one of our best blocking WR's. He blocked well throughout the preseason, and blocked well again yesterday.

That and his ability to fill in at PR may have been enough to get him an active spot yesterday. Essentially the only plays he was in for were ones designed for him to be the key blocker.
