Honestly the 49ers play old school ass football man.

All this talk of a passing league but the 9ers may really be the best team in the NFL atm.

Good God Harbaugh is such a good coach.

I don't mind Rivera but....hard to say you wouldn't want this man as our HC.

Yea not one of his brighter moments as an owner of an NFL football team.

Someone should tell him who Marty Hurney is so he can get rid of him.

This has been the worst officiated game of the year. The lions have just been hosed.

Well the refs have been pretty terrible overall.

The DBs can get away with murder with these refs. On the flip side hardly any offensive holding is called unless it's blatant.

I have seen, even in the Panthers games, some helmet to helmet hits not being called.

I kind of like these games that don't have so many penalties.

I think DBs should have the ability to be more physical, so most of this is my personal preference.

I'd be interested to see how many penalties have been called as opposed to last year at this time so far.

I'd prefer less penalties and missing some calls than a ton of penalties and getting some wrong

Yea me too, I hate games that get taken over by flag after flag.

2 weeks of football so far, 2 weeks of nationally broadcast niners games, 2 wins

so after nearly a decade of dormancy and ineptitude, I guess the 49ers are back

It's nice to see Smith succeed. The NFL is so obsessed with getting immediate results. The days of quarterbacks evolving seem to be gone, they want that rookie who lights it up immediately.

49ers really stuck with Smith and it seems to be paying off.
