Does anyone know when his rookie contract expires? We all know he has stepped his game up, but if you take his numbers from the first 2 games and expand them over an entire season, he's projected to hit 1240 yards and 8 receiving TDs. Those are very Vincent Jackson-esque numbers and I worry we may get into a position where we need to pay him top dollar to keep him around.

It won't be V-Jax money, but he'll get a nice little contract from Hurndog and a small percent of the huddle will go berserk and condemn Hurney to public castration and a good ol' fashion tar n' feathering.

If there's one thing our fans should never worry about, it's keeping the guys who are valuable to our team on our team. So long as Hurney is navigating this ship, our money will be sailing into the pockets of our own guys if/when they deserve it.
