Hate to celebrate injured players but MAN is that good for the matchup!

That was just because Fox was an idiot, didn't assign Gamble to Fitz and just let him line up all over the field against our lesser corners

Exactly. I thought RR have said that Gamble was going to cover the best wr, but i still haven't seen that happened yet

I feel the need to point out 2 things as a result of SOMEBODY ^ .......... talking about THE game. 1 We dont have Jake the snake throwing a legit pick six game and a coach to stubborn to bench his qb. We also have show an ability to make ADJUSTMENTS at halftime. So keep the faith and help get rid of the bad juju involed in speaking about that event the totally DID NOT HAPPEN. Ima keep trying to make the flashbacks stop now thanks.

Exactly....Giants can get their matchups.

Eli throws down the sideline better than anyone....his favorite spot. Neither of our Ss have shown they can provide consistant help.

I am very worried about Eli torching us. They arent gonna line up and run over us.....you should know there gameplan involves attacking Norman and our 2 S in the air. I mean if you arent worried about that.....it sounds like u think we are going to dominate.

I'm not questioning Eli's ability, but I do think you're giving Cruz to much credit for what he does in the slot, and not on the outside, which is a different ballgame.

My main concern was Captain vs Cruz in the slot, but since Nicks is out, I'm expecting Cruz to get more time on the outside, which doesn't concern me as much.

To tell you the truth, no corner really does that. They have their favorite sides, and would much prefer to just lock down that side, and if game planned right, is just as good, if not better.

At the end of the year, a win is a win. When they count up the wins at years end, they don't ask who was out what game. Nobody cares how you won.

Being worried Eli likes to go deep, and likes those deeper sideline throws does not mean I believe he can live by those against us. We pressured Breez well last week. Gmen have a lesser line. We should pressure Eli, and he hates being hit. We also have TWO QUALITY CBs. Norman HAS played well. No doubting the fact. Why should I believe he is just going to implode cuz this is the Giants.

Also, the new refs are lenient with CBs, that plays into Norman's strengths.

I am confindent we defend our home turf with a winning effort. And if we do. We will be one step closer to where we are going. Every win builds on the last. With a young team, you need wins to justify the hard work. Once the wins start, the work picks up even more, the intensity picks up, and the confidence grows.

A win this week tells the rest of the league our schedule just got flipped. If WE are on YOUR schedule, you had better be ready.

If you have not been paying attention. This is not last years team. This team is capable of beating anyone.

Go back and watch Cruz's highlights last year.....he was constantly on the outside making miracle plays. He isn't just a slot guy

Of course he's on the outside in two WR sets, which is when we have our base defense on the field, which is when safeties normally play more 2 deep sets.

Norman hasn't been overly picked on yet....considering Eli isn't like Brees where his favorite 2 targets are not a RB and TE I think it goes down Thur night.

I know people are excited about Norman's potential....but people are foolishly thinking he is legit at this point. He is what NY will view as the weakest link in our D.....

QBs have completed every pass thrown his way but 1 thus far.

Very worried about how he manages this week. His name will be talked about often....whether it is good or bad is yet to be determined

And that is what I was referring to as being worried about.

This is less of a concern, if we shut down the run, which I feel confident about doing.
