Another reason this organization is lame

Why don't the Panthers control city ordinances and the police that enforce them?!?!?!

You'd think policing a bunch of drunks would be right up CMPDs alley. White collar crime. No real threat of getting hurt on the job.

If that stupid comment is directed to me I can assure we don't litter. Unlike most of you in the fanbase I am born in raised in Charlotte and take pride in my city.

Why would you assume I was directing that at you when nothing I said was related to anything you said?

Just needed clarification. No harm no foul then.

Tailgate on Saturdays. It'll be more fun.

I've been to plenty of college tailgates (a couple for NCAA games at BOA Stadium) - and I can assure you that an ECU/State ECU/USC tailgate is superior to a Panthers tailgate in every way. College tailgates are generally better than NFL tailgates.

This is a new one....the panthers and preferred parking in the city of Charlotte banned the tailgate I usually go to because "it got too big." I would assume someone complained we were having too much fun. It's funny because their are always cops right next to the tailgate making sure everyone is safe, and I never saw any problems.

Only in Charlotte would you get yelled at and shut down for cheering for your team. I'm sick of this organization and the pussy fan base.

Bye-bye ....

This organization is top notch. I've never been to a home game but last year at the AZ game Danny Morrison came up to me and my wife before the game and shook our hands and had a genuine conversation, asked what the team could improve on as far as fan experience, etc. He then proceeded to walk around UOP Stadium and talk to every person he saw wearing Panthers gear. Jerry Richardson sent me a hand written letter after I wrote one to the organization last year. Years ago at the SF game, 20 different players, John Fox, and one of Richardsons sons all got off the team bus to sign my football jersey, etc. and thanked me for the cross-country support. We may stick with players too long or give out larger-than-market-rate contracts to our homegrown guys, but this organization is top-notch from top to bottom. That hasn't translated to championships or above .500 records, yet, but I would not want to be a fan of some of these cesspool teams around the league.

I wish I could afford to fly to NC to see a game in person. I'd die happy. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

I too have had a personal conversation with Danny Morrison..when the panthers went 2-14 my older brother sent an email to the panthers.com generic email address. IT made its way to the top and Morrison called him back. He was busy and sick and forwarded the message to me for me to call him back.

I did and Mr. Morrison spoke with me for 15 min regarding fan experience, conerns my brother and I had with the organization (if you remember this was on the eve of the lockout and tons of change in the org). I don't know too many organizations where the team president goes out of his way to speak and garner opinions from the everyday fan. Mind you, we are not PSL owners..so he isn't ass kissing.

Team "president" is a fitting word for Mr.Morrison because that's exactly what he is. He is a NFL politician. I've met him before too, and I won't dispute the fact that he is a nice man. Smiles and handshakes.

Has the team honestly improved since Mr.Morrison was named team president?

His job is to make fans feel like the organization gives two shits about them, so he does his job well because it worked on me at least.

It doesn't happen to everyone. I sent them an email several weeks ago discussing some issues with videos on the official website, and never even got an automated response thanking me for my input.

And no, it was not some stark raving rant. I know how to write and converse in a professional manner.

The organization does a lot of good things, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.
