Yeah I had read the "millions of mouths agape" comment too...

I think the title has multiple meanings. Yes, it looks like they are entering through a different part of the prison (after all, didn't Tyreese & co. come into the prison through the tombs?) that is probably the tombs. I think there are a bunch of walkers there waiting for them. I believe this is AFTER they have already shelled the prison with some pretty heavy artillery (which I believe I saw them launch an M60 or something at the prison tower in the preview?), and that Rick and co. have either moved on, or found somewhere to hunker down and hide within the prison. Your theory could be correct, that Hershel, Beth, Judith, and Carol could have moved out already. If so, I don't think that bodes well for them, and something happens to that vehicle.

I really think the baby dies, and that's the gut wrencher... but at the same time, I think the Governor dies, as does most of his crew.

There is the theory too that Morgan shows up with a bunch of support artillery, but I don't know if that is possible.

I could definitely see this actually....

Actually, I just went and watched the promo for the finale again several times on YouTube and paused it at evey different scene change...

When it starts, it shows the prison... In the background you can faintly hear the prison alarm sounding. I think this is somehow a trap that Rick has sprung, as in the sneak peak of the Governor's forces marching on the prison, the alarm cannot be heard... Maybe they are somehow going to trap the Governor's folks inside the prison and make it a huge walker beacon?

Beth and Carl are seen packing bags into the back of a vehicle, and Rick is seen opening the car door, looking up at the prison, as if he is about to get in the car... I think this reinforces that they at least are moving off site temporarily... Some of them, anyways...

There's a shot of one of the makeshift grave markers they made in the prison yard, and blurred in the background you can see the Woodbury vehicles. Still no alarm sounding.

The Governor tells Andrea that "In this life you kill or you die"... I think he's aready tortured her at this point, and she replies "stop this madness" or something to that effect... I believe this is as he's about to leave for the prison... maybe meaning he'll settle her fate when he returns (which will allow for Milton or someone else to help free her)...

Tyrese and his sister, during the Governor's rallying the troops in Woodbury, share a look of doubt...hopefully they abandon ship or something...

In the sneak peak of the prison assault, they do launch a grenade at the tower as they arrive. When it cuts to them on foot, the tower is still smoking... Again, no prison alarm at this point.

Maybe the trick is going to be luring the Governor's crew into the area that Rick's crew was living, sealing them off somehow temporarily, and sounding the alarm and opening a gateway for walkers to come in and have this huge herd along with the fight between Rick's forces and the retreating Governor's forces...

All speculation based on the promo and the two sneak peeks, obviously... Just excited as hell for what is in store... PLUS I GET A GoT PREMIERE THE SAME NIGHT!! WOOT!

Easter is all about zombies, you know... Maybe TWD season 3 finale will be a ressurrection of sorts... ;-)

Is there any logical reason that Morgan would show up? From the comics or was something said during his episode? Just seems random to me.

That speculation was based on the comics... for me anyways... I've read the speculation around the web too... I think it was something along the lines of Lennie James' name (the actor that plays Morgan) is on the episode's IMDB page as appearing...

I just verified his name is on there... but I don't know how all that works...

Doesn't seem that random to me... it could tie in with that great episode from 3 weeks or so ago...

I just didn't remember Rick telling Morgan they were at the prison. It makes sense as long as he told Morgan where they were, I just can't remember exactly what they talked about.

Not 100% sure, but I think Rick told him something like "come back with us... we have a safe place at a prison..." Didn't Morgan even make a joke about going back to their prison? Or was that the governor?

Yeah I can't remember much. As long as Rick dropped a line to him about the prison though, bringing Morgan back would be pretty awesome. I feel like he may die, but so be it.

I never got any impression he was supposed to be a long term character... hell it took them 2.5 seasons to just bring him back for one episode... I can't imagine that they're just gonna let his character sit in that town going nuts...

I think this season will end on a "positive" note in that, yeah somebody's gonna die, maybe several somebody's and some big characters, but there may be less uncertainty than last seasons ending. But wtf do I know?
