Herschel, Beth, Judith, Martinez, Milton, Governor all die.

Rick takes over Woodbury.

No cliff hanger ending like last year.

Here are my thoughts on those

Those are really who I expected to die. Just wondering how they pull it off.

Won't last 2 episodes into next season. False sense of security. Something goes wrong, town is overrun by walkers, which sets up the events in the comics that followed the prison (more or less)

I'm OK with that so long as it really is ended well and I feel like this part of the story is really over. If I feel like there is a lot left to be answered for, I'll be pissed.

If that's true, I guess Woodberry would be taking Alexandria's place. I don't think I like that.

Just thought I'd share because I think it's going to be awesome, but I am in graduate school and talked to my thesis director today about potential topics to write about. I spit-balled the idea of writing about The Walking Dead and she thought that would be awesome. Never thought I'd be excited to research for and write a 50-100 page paper, haha.

I don't think that will be the case. I think it's just a good transition point. If anything, I think it'll take the place of going back to the farm. Woodbury looks well protected, but the idea of Alexandria is that it is what Woodbury wished it could be. Either way, large communities in TWD universe seem to always be weaker than you think. I think Rick taking over Woodbury would simply be the transitioning point to get into the journey towards D.C., personally.

Had a feeling Smithers wouldn't last.

Just an FYI: those spoilers I posted could be fake. The site I referenced them from took them down.

Could also be intentional disinfo... :)

Also if anyone wants that site PM me. You have to be a member to get the spoilers. They've been pretty spot on with the stuff and appear to have a legitimate inside leak.

Newer pics of the finale

To me it really looks like they're packing up and moving out ahead of the attack... Also, looks like Rick, Michonne, and Daryl (and someone else (Glenn?)) go back to Woodbury. Maybe this is a preemptive strike?
