Have not heard just hoping some of will have some insight on their status....they will be crucial this Sunday....especially Stew....Beason needs to get finally rolling this weekend....

Jonathan Stewart (toe) was limited again in Thursday's practice.

Coach Ron Rivera is now confident that Stewart will play versus the Falcons, based on his ability to move around more on Thursday. Still at risk of re-injury, Stewart is a mere flex option as DeAngelo Williams' timeshare partner.

Based on what we saw in the 1st game last year and so far this year, I don't think the coaching staff should let Jon make the decision. It should be up to the training staff.

I would rather have a healthy Phillips than seeing Jon go out there again and be a shell of his former self. When the training staff says he is healthy, then fine, he goes back out there.

This. One of the things that killed us last week was poor tackling and a few of those were on Beason trying to wrap up with a bum shoulder.

Unless they think he's close to 100 percent, they're going to hold out Beason.

Beginning to get worried about Beason. I didn't expect him to be elite again right away, but man he looks nothing like the guy we used to know. Mental rust or just physically incapable? If the latter we should shut him down and give him proper time to heal. No point in risking his long term prospects when he isn't helping much on the field in the short term.
