Now millions of people witnessed the reality of life. This is uncalled for!

Btw, about 2 years ago in Cary, NC teenager robbed a bank and hold a hostage at a gun point when sniper popped him the head on live TV. No one made a big fuss about it than, why now different?

I remember that, it was a pretty big deal around here. And nobody else (outside the triangle) cared about it.

Not a fan of a lot of people at Fox, but Sheppard Smith is pretty genuine.

Is it bad that I did a "wtf?" chuckle at that?

This is unfortunate. Bad muff up. So, did they have the 5 second delay backwards and HE was seeing the delayed footage while the broadcast showed the live footage? That's what I got from the apology. If so, the person in charge of sorting that stuff out is fired (or should be). My roommate just got back from the gym and said people were freaking out, because Fox news is on 2 of the 4 TVs in there. Said a couple girls were crying. This is not good at all.

Geez! It's not exactly Bud Dwyer, with a tight shot with blood gushing from his nose and mouth. It's unfortunate I guess, but bringing people to tears, that's ridiculous. There are scenes on network television weekly that are ten times more graphic than this.

The comments on the Gawker link are hilarious.

I'm ashamed to admit I clicked the link and now I'm crying.

Not ashamed I'm crying, but ashamed I watched.
