Rivera's clock management sucks. There is a reason why he hasn't had a head coaching job. Reminds of last year when his misuse of clock cost of us a game against the Saints. I have always felt we made a mistake hiring him. I hope that I am wrong.

fixed so it wasn't the longest sentence in the world.

I hate to say it but I have not at all been impressed with Rivera. I was one of the few who would rather see Hurney than Fox leave. He is a good cordinator but as a head coach just not convinced yet. Like I said hope I am wrong.

As a player, how can you respect what your coaches say, follow them, and listen to them when they don't know the fug they're doing.

Rivera said the team needs to "find an identity"...I think maybe Ron needs to learn how to manage a football game

I was hoping Rivera was doing some off season practice on his own with someone on game management skills - he apparently didnt - he hasnt learned a damn thing - unfortunatley I think we are stuck with him for at least one more year after this one

anyone know off the top of their head how long it took big cat to fire Siefert?

It is Rivera's job to set the tone and help form our identitiy. Maybe he is and just doesn't have the talent that can execute.
