Right. I see your reading comprehension is as bad as ever... Carry on with your fantasies then.

Most people are not all that rational about the important choices they make in their lives including picking a President.

Look at self destructive behavior in our society, smoking, heavy drinking, over eating and a lack of exercise. People know these things are bad, yet they persist in doing them generation after generation. Why?

Some of it is likely due to how we were raised, along with other regional and cultural biases.

Bottom line is that most people are little better than sheep and will follow the conventional wisdom of their "flock".

The path of least resistance is to just listen to your "flock" leaders, do as you are told, be accepted, cared for and loved.

Few will question or resist the flock's conventional wisdom and run the risk of being rejected and ostracized as a "black" sheep, losing many, if not all the social benefits associated with being part of that flock. (See Penn State, sororities, fraternaties, churches, businesses, mafia, lynch mobs, riots, ect)

Not all people are this way, just most.

I actually agree with you. I hate to, not because it is you, but because you are correct. I hate that our society cannot articulate any reason that is over an inch deep for the things they do. Generally giving up their opportunities and choices because it is just easier to go with the flow.

By the way, you used the word black in your statement. Cantrell is on the prowl and will not let you get away with your racists thoughts. He knows they are there, thus your use of the word black.

Haha, nice response.

Conformity is a good survival technique but makes most of us very susceptible to manipulation.

Even in a relatively loose confederation like the Huddle criticism of the team often turns into you are not a "real fan" accusations. Many Huddlers would love to ban the blasphemers!

i'm amazed at how many of you are throwing dog doo at each other about your guy trumping the evil other guy in what amounts to nothing more than a rhetorical dog and pony show. you are a politician's dream come true.

This charade is intended to keep the unwashed masses at each other's throats while those few with real power pilfer all the remaining wealth this country has amassed through the blood sweat and tears of countless generations of honest hard working Americans.

Huzzah to the Oligarchy!

seriously i've begged you guys to explain to me how the president even begins to approach things like communism, socialism, fascism, and anti-colonialism (???) and all i get in response is "obummerr sure got tolded by the cultist robot" because in reality you just don't like the uppity ***** in office

hey, do you hate obama because of death panels? well surprise dipshit, they don't exist. now why do you hate him? because of big gubmint? well surprise dipshit, he cut taxes and the public sector lost 600,000 jobs in the recession. now why do you hate him? because he's anti-business? well surprise dipshit, he's campaigning on cutting corporate taxes.

after years of debunking the right's alternate reality i've reached the conclusion that he's going to be hated regardless of what he does. given the right's history wrt racism, i'm going to go with that. if you'd like to propose another reason why the right would lose it's goddamn mind over obama's governance as a 90s-era republican, well, i'm all ears
