"Whatever the coaches ask me to do, I'm going to do it whether it be... "
Wtf is this The Golden Calf of Bristol bullshit. Um, no. You're a QB, a QUARTERBACK in this league. You hike the ball and there's two options, throw it or hand it off. Wtf is this Wild Cat bullshit. Armanti taking snaps. Cam already over 30 carries
It's poo like this that has contributed to us being 1-3. I do not like hearing him saying that instead of saying I'm a QB and the reason for that is because this coaching staff is doing way too much. They have Cam doing too much. Let Cam be just the QB of this team. The saying everybody has a job to do and if you do it to your best of ability, then we'll succeed. Let Cam do his job, let D.Will do his and let Stew do his

If you don't want Cam to run....you will never see him reach his ceiling and that is one higher than anyone to ever play the position.
Cam is right.

Cam is a duel threat QB....a different breed. He runs. We drafted THAT.

His ceiling? QB win off mainly their arm
Cam not a WR, so he shouldn't be lined up out there. He's not a defensive cornerback, so he shouldn't be out there either
Lets limit this icon bullshit and win some games

Agreed. He has potential to transform the position (he sort of has already), let the guy run!

Don't waste your breath, guys that never wanted Cam in the first place will never get it.
I always finds it funny when Cams biggest critics, try to tell us how we should be using him, especially when they didn't think he should be drafted #1 overall in the first place.

Cam does whatever he has to for the team to succeed.
Yup, like fumbling on a play that would have won the game.

...what is the difference between cam newton, vince young, and michael vick?
i have yet to see what cam newton is doing that is going to revolutionize the game.
now if he ever grasps the mental side of the game like manning, brady, brees, and rogers...couple that with his physical abilities and then i can understand him being once in a lifetime player.
but i don't see him progressing in that direction.
he looks like nothing more than a stat collecting machine.
