There is a good chance gridlock will prevail on most issues regardless of who wins the Presidency.

However, there may be one very distinct difference since several Supreme Court seats could open up during the next four years.

If Romney is elected POTUS more Scalia like individuals will be nominated to the SC with more Citizens United decisions and visions of taking America back to the 1950s on social issues.

Who ever is nominated will likely be on the court for 25 to 30 plus years.

If that vision is scary to you vote for Obama.

If you like that vision vote for Romney.
