Agree with his benching, disagree with him being benched for 3 games and a bye week.

At this point I'm wondering how he's doing in practice. If he's fixed his habit, then he should be given another chance as Captain and Pilares are doing the bare minimum.
If he has not improved, then its definitely a wasted pick and have me once again questioning our coaching.

Another wasted pick in all likelihood. Pilares and Munnerlyn are probably the worst returner combo in the NFL but at least they catch the ball.

Oh, I get it now. Most you are in such a hurry to get back on the bandwagon that you want Adams back in the game so he can turn our season around.

LOL at such short sightedness.

He turned the ball over in a game the team was beaten in every other aspect in. Before that game he was a productive player. This team isn't good enough to not take chances. Adams has talent as a punt returner. Put him in.

This is not a competitive football team. Let's let players grow and take chances.

Yeah i agree actually. And normally I wouldn't. But 1-5.

Give the talent one more shot. It's not like we have a top 10 ST program here.

Right. We gave Clausen his way too many chances and even friggin Armanti. Let Adams return a few.

Totally worth the bump...

Joe's future is in the WR position. I hope he's working on that.

He messed up one fuging night. And you take him out? Bench Captain then, bench James Anderson, bench hardy bench number 43 who I hate so much now. Unacceptable!

You got to wonder about how Adams feels when he sees the Cam fumble the ball 8 times this year and never miss a minute of game time.

1st overall draft pick and the most important position on the offense

vs.

4th round draft pick at the bottom of the depth chart at a skill position.

how Adams feels doesn't matter for poo

Qb who handles the ball every snap vs punt returner who touches 5 or so times a game and has 3 fumbles in 14 total returns (punt and kick). That's not a valid comparison.

its hard to succeed as a PR when there's ALWAYS two people in your face when catching the ball. I say that for every returner we have had in the past 5 years or more.

Get over it. You can't turn the ball over twice in a game like that. He'll another shot eventually, he's a rookie.
