Has this turned into a PETA thread? I would take Vick. Dues are paid. The only one left to judge him is God. Look at Ray Lewis. So none of you all would take Ray lewis either huh?

Are you saying you would? I love how people just assume everyone else would agree with their horrible logic and ethics. Congrats, you're a real winner, just like the guy quoted below..

Using Ray Lewis and Leonard Little as reasons why Vick should be in the NFL is moronic. Just because they SHOULD be in jail and are not, does not EXCUSE Vick for his felonies.

And if you aren't aware of, Vick hasn't been convicted of all his crimes. He should be serving more time, in effect, dismissing your entire logic and the guys below. Congrats..

im pretty sure half of you have done something worse for gods sake its a dog.and he did the time, look at what mr little got and he still playing.to the question i would love to have him here.the guy has real talent.he killed us year in and out.his last game in BOA he put on a air show.i can careless if a guy is not the so called norm if he is a winner.carson palmer suppose to be this great qb but how many playoff games has he won.he could fit in our system to because our qbs are game managers not to mention if no one is open he will tuck it and get yards instead of throwing it to a triple covered steve smith.

Half the people haven't done that, and as Rayzor so elequently put it, but didn't call you this.. you're an idiot that would end up with felonies like Vick if you only put your beliefs into action.

And incase you need to read things twice, let me repeat the above statement..

And if you aren't aware, Vick hasn't been convicted of all his crimes. He should be serving more time, in effect, dismissing your entire logic. Congrats.. You may now be grouped with the rest of the scum on earth.

Hey! Hey! Let's free Charles Manson, after all, they were only "followers"... They chose their own fate!

Would you let Vick in if he asked you into his heart and asked for forgiveness?

Im sure if you banned all Professional Sports figures that had a criminal record, you would have about half of the people left.

ummm....ray ray didn't kill anyone. he was found not guilty and there is no proof anywhere to say otherwise. there was nothing anywhere about him doing anything but helping try to bring peace to the situation. has he shown himself to be a menace to society in anyway since that one incident in which someone he knew killed someone? no. he wasn't guilty of anything in that mess, there was no evidence that he was, and has done nothing to cause people to believe he is a stand up citizen in every other part of his life.

so...yes, i would LOVE to have had him as a panther but i'm very happy with beason.

If I thought he was sincere and could REALLY tell... then I'd let him back in and watch him closely to see if his actions are backing up that sincerity. I'd also take into account, whether there will be any further charges...

but... does he deserve it? Absolutely not, and that's the debate. He doesn't deserve poo. He is experiencing his 2nd chance right now...

let me put words in your mouth and ask anohter question, do I think he's sincere? I doubt he is fully sincere. He may be sorry he went to jail, but we'll see what Goodell thinks as he sits across from him.

and I'm sure you can make a lot of general statements that are totally inaccurate..

good luck trying to show that half of the professional athletes have a criminal record. since the majority of professional athletes are black are you trying to say something? if you're going to start throwing out stereotypes to support your argument, then why not pull out all the guns? have fun with that, ok? pardon me while i let you grasp at straws and set yourself up for some hate for saying that half of professional athletes are criminals.

Whoop there it is.....wondered how long it would take for someone to play the race card. Race was never mentioned and you so quickly jumped to that spot.

No race wasn't mentioned, but it was implied.

the guy had started down that road of stereotypes saying that half of professional athletes have criminal records. once you start with one stereotype it opens you up for others. he insinuated and i just let him know what the ramifications of his insinuation. if you don't like it, talk to the guy who started down that road. i was just looking down that road he took and called it like i saw it.

here's what he said, btw...

Im sure if you banned all Professional Sports figures that had a criminal record, you would have about half of the people left.

and my response...
