That is a easy out tho. There are few teams in the NFL with a roster of top tier players up & down their rosters.

Good teams find ways to develop & game plan to the strengths of the players & therefor look like they have more play makers. The Patriots & Billichek are good examples of that. Yes he has Tom Brady, but most other players are role players & he finds ways to put them in position to make plays.

Coaching is our biggest problem, even more than personnel. We do need to fill some holes but, more importantly, need better coaches.
