He stands outside the huddle so he can hear the playcall thru the headsets. All QB's do the same, Damn!

We are just a bad team. Accept it

Denial is an ugly thing...after this game, I finally accepted that we're not that good at this point...It gets easier to watch the games too once you accept who you are

I'm so confused on what this thread is about.

Just me being an asshole in response to a piss poor showing

Gotcha.

I think Cam standing outside of the huddle for too long is the least of our worries.

Thanks for not sharing in the insanity.

I swear some fans simply start Cam threads just to get attention. I remember how much it was done last season. Everyone had a problem with some dumb ish Cam did and started a tread on it.

Can you imagine what this team was like if folks would nitpick on the other players like they do Cam?

We sub a lot on offense. You are not allowed to sub when all 11 men are already in the huddle (to give the defense an opportunity to determine what personnel you are bringing out) or else you will be penalized. Thus Cam will stand outside the huddle and allow all the subs to take place before he gets in and calls the play.

Learn the rules before you criticize.

I cannot believe that people are not outraged with Chuds play calling. This guy has got to go!

id like us to sign a traditional fullback and establish some kind of a power running game. this is not auburn.... we can't expect Cam to walk on water every goddamn play. dwill and stewart have gotten worse in this offense... these guys are former 1000 yd rushers and if by some chance they do get the ball, its on some goofy option play, or a draw out of the bunch formation.

    • Of course, he's so massive he has his own gravitational pull.
    • You miss the point. Taylor was here before. We picked him because of what he could do for our wide receivers not because he had some great knowledge no other person had on the staff. Shula and Rivera and Gettleman studied multiple college systems for months before signing Taylor or drafting McCaffrey or Curtis and would have drafted the same whether Taylor was here or not. They liked the way Taylor developed McCaffrey which showed his talent but Stanford's offense wasn't Taylors idea or unique to him. Shula has a connection to Taylor as early as when Shula was at Alabama.  The debate was whether Taylor was chosen to replace Shula because Shula didn't know what to do to run a college offense and if he screwed up Taylor would replace him. And that Taylor was the reason and most influential in getting McCaffrey. I said it wasn't even close to the truth and this plan predated Taylor and was more thorough and we'll thought out. Everything since then just confirms I was right once again like usual.
