Dear Jon Gruden.. PLEASE.. I BEG OF YOU, get the desire to coach again and turn our team around!! You have always loved Smitty and you also sang Cam's praises pre draft. You also coached before in the NFC south and that team was the Bucs who are smaller marketvthan ours which shows small markwt does not bother you. You are still plenty young enough. PLEASE for the love of god, BE OUR JEFF FISHER, be our savior!!!

As much as I love Gruden, please no.
I want a younger coach or a college coach.

I would actually be excited about Chip Kelly... JR would never do it though. Kelly has too much of an ego and would want too much power and autonomy.

Another personality-deprived DC, FTW!

Never know. JR is no Jerry Jones.
But still one would wonders if JR would know who Chip Kelly is, right.

I was thinking the same thing today. Rivera = Singletary.

Who will be our Harbaugh?

Larry Fedora lol

In all honesty he'd be way better than Rivera. He can fire up players like no other and is a great coach

Cowher is like Dean Smith, as in he couldn't win the big one unless it was handed to him.

We need fresh blood... someone who can build their own legacy. We don't need another Seifert trying to resurrect a legacy.

Right now, personally I think we're Tampa in Freemans second year.

I'd like the bob stoops hire from Oklahoma, DC with alot of intensity. I honestly don't know anymore, hard to know if the blame is on the players or the coaches, I think it should be coaching because we have a talented roster

I think we are like that Denver Broncos team about two years ago that had Josh McDaniels as head coach.

We took a shot at Rivera buing a build-his-own-legacy guy. Fug it. Get a known commodity. And for the love of GOD, do not get a college coach!
