Maybe Ron just needs to start taping people practice and find a way to integrate the read option into beating them.

It's unlikely the read option will be beating anyone this year...on or off the field. :D

Belichick may be stoic a lot of the time, but I have seen him get fired up and hot under the collar PLENTY of times. Whether it be a big play or chewing a player out. Personally, I like the Paul Johnson approach.

Keep in mind, that was a starter he's chewing out there. Literally, he does not give a single fug. Not one.
