And I thought the best thing to do for a struggling QB was to make it simple for him. Run the ball (the right way), screen passes, you know stuff to get his confidence up. Didn't Stewart catch a ton of passes last season?
Ahh I guess that makes too much sense...nvm

I really think McDermott is fired after this season.
Fixed.

probably the most annoying thing about the offense besides the whole too-much-option thing.

Did anyone catch his excuse for not running a QB sneak? He actually had the nerve to bring up the size difference between Kalil and the Seahawks DT's.
We ran the ball undercenter with a fullback, maybe once all game, and we expected Seattle to bite on the playaction fake on 4th & 1?
Rivera is in over his head, and that's the bottom line.
We need to clean house. I'm actually a bigger McDermott fan, than Chud fan at this point. I actually think if it was up to McDermott, we would see more of that attacking style defense that they've been talking about.

keep last year's playbook, couple it with cam's familiarity, and we're talking a completely different offensive showing in a number of these dud games.

I said it last year and this offseason....Chud rode Cam last year. Pretty much just put games on Cam and he just did his thing.....teams havent dealt with that before. He still pretty much has Cam just out there solo doing his thing...teams have studied Cam and Cam now needs a real gameplan
