When it comes to sex, the worst I ever had was still great.
I had to fake a cramp once as an excuse to quit having sex with this one chick. She just laid there like a dead fish, not making any noise or anything and was staring at me wide eyed. It was very disconcerting and I couldn't make eye contact with her.
We had known each other for about two years, we worked as ski instructors together. After I faked the cramp she said
"Did you ever think that we would do this?"
I said, "I dunno, kinda"
she said, "I dreamed about it"
and then just laid there silently.
Uuuuuuuughghhghg. It still creeps me out.

men don't usually have a bad partner. however, the ones who had a similar drive and appetitie are always at the top of the list.

Only a handful. And IME, the more sex you have with a person, the better it gets. The one hit wonders are the worst on my list.

I've had great sex, but I still wouldn't say any of my partners were good if that makes sense.
They had their good moments, but overall they couldn't do much/were a little too reserved. Granted, I probably look like a fish out of water myself.
