If Chud was going to take a college scheme and try to mold it to the nfl, I wish he would have took a few pages out of the West Virginia offense.

I'd rather he didn't try to mold anyone's college offense into the NFL.

College offenses prey on the extreme mismatches that future NFL players have over players who will never play anything meaningful after college.

The NFL is not rife with these same mismatches

Isn't that what any coordinator wants outside of Dick LeBeau?

Good news - Chud has basically eliminated any chance of him getting a head coaching job.

I am coming to the conclusion that he is most responsible for our difficulties this year. The defense has improved. And this past draft was very strong with luke/amini/norman/Alexander. Our offense has really taken a big step back this season much like he did in Cleveland.

Only explanation I can think of for throwing away our 2 TE set system for a college one.

The defense is giving up the exact same yards per game as last season and allowing 1 point less per game. I don't think they have improved substantially.

I think Chud has John Fox disease. Failure to deviate from an obviously failing plan.
