Pretty much anybody affiliated with the Baltimore Ravens would work for me.

I'm basically saying Cowher isn't the answer for those of you who didn't catch it.

While the college offense we run now is crap as a Base O, it'd be nice to incorporate it into our offense and I'm not sure Cowher is the type to do so. Also think the Coryell is the best possible offense Cam could be in.

So your looking for someone along similar limes that we have now, but has an actual grasp on preparation strategically and fundamentally, and game management, and no, the word stoic doesn't fit in anywhere into this.

You make some good points but the reason people like the cowher thing is he would bring his gm with him (apparently one of the hangs ups was that he wouldnt work with hurney) and his teams did not have an issue with the fundamentals. So if you have him for a bedrock and then bring in one of the f;ashy brillant ocs to spice up the offense or defense we could work with that. Its just alot of fans are looking to just lock down the fundamentals and start looking like an nfl team.
_As far as the draft is concerned I would say leave it to the ne GM and HC.

I don't think the Polians and the Richardsons are on anything close to speaking terms.

For GM Nick Caserio is an interesting prospect
For HC I ilke Perry Fewell
For the draft Best CB, DT, S available in that order of importance

New gm and new coach usually means new qb.

Not when the QB has shown great ability, high round draft pick, and 3 or less years in the league.

Big Ben
Sam Bradford
Philip Rivers
Josh Freeman

These are the most recent examples. Cam Newton would fit under my 3 criteria to stay with his current team if we got a new head coach.

Its more of a coincidence than anything. A lot of shitt teams who need a new head coach are there because the previous qb sucked. Jason Garret was an interim that turned into a head coach and kept romo. 49ers kept smith. Bucs kept freeman. Raiders kept palmer. Crennel went from interim to head coach in K.C. and stuck with Casell. Bradford with the Rams. The list goes on and on.
