Should the team consider trading beason

Recommended Posts

It pains me to say it, but for the right offer... yes.

It pains me to say this as well but we should call the Cards to see if they're interested in DeAngelo.

they aren't....unless Williams would rip up his contract.....and he isn't

And we couldn't anyway, unless it was combined with a restructure of Gross or Gamble, freeing up money for this year. We trade him this year, even with him agreeing to a new contract with another team, and we would have to take a $9.6 million hit to our cap. I'm sure we don't have that kind of space.

I hope they don't thats my personal opinion because when hes 100% the guy lives up to his name as a BEAST but after seeing what we saw out of keek do you think the subject is worth exploring.

I did in Madden and i won the superbowl.

HELL NO! NO BEASON TRADING!

Come on now, Texans only got a 4th rounder for Demeco Ryans after his achilles injury.

that's all you needed to see, is Beason worth more than a 4th to you? he is to me even hurt, so ill keep him and let him get healthy before i make any kneejerk reactions

Beason think he's better than what he is, and always have. It pains me to say, but him and Patrick Willis should never be mentioned in the same sentence.

With that said, I would trade him for a 4th. Being able to dump his contract, would be well worth it.

I quite honestly don't know how most of you people here are Panther fans. Always wanting to get rid of our players at the first sign of trouble.

Perhaps some of you should be fired from your job after you miss a day of work due to sickness? Oh much different then isn't it?

um nah, Beason has been at the right spot but tackling seems to be an issue. If it is something with his shoulder that just needs time, no need to rush. If he says he is 100% and starts slipping that is another story but I don't think we'd get much. I hope if he continues to go downhil he'll restructure but doubtful. I don't question whether he has the will to get over it though- so its a hell no right now IMO.

What I said was true dude. The same can be said about Chudzinski.

Sad

People trying to run Beast on up out of town

Seriously. Dude is recovering from a very serious injury. Effing rediculous man.

At this point in the year they may want to continue to take it easy with him. We will need him next year.

as someone has already said, Beason has been in the right spots, he has just been tackling poorly.

with that being said, it is not just Beason that has had trouble tackling and I think everyone would agree with that... I know there are a set number of practices where full contact is permitted, but I can't help but wonder how this defense would be if it weren't for the new practice rules and the lack of real tackling going on in practice.

if it were allowed, would any of you volunteer as a tackling dummy?
